How to stay slim and fit naturally


Most people find it difficult to lose weight but there are a few things you can do that will help you remain slim and healthy.

Most important, watch the size of the portion you serve yourself per meal. It is better and healthier to eat 6 small portions a day rather than 3 large meals a day.  That does not mean you should starve yourself; you can treat yourself once in a way to a pizza or a dessert but it should be taken in moderation.  Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day, and often people try to skip it thinking it would reduce their calories. This is not true and hence if you want to stay slim, you should start every day with a good breakfast. It gets your system started and you feel rejuvenated and energetic for the rest of the day.  Start living healthy; buy raw vegetables and cook yourself simple meals. It is much healthier to eat a fresh meal than processed foods and eating it while watching TV.  Enjoy your food while eating and drink enough water as it help benefit your health; it will cleanse your body of toxins and increase your metabolic rate.

You should exercise regularly as it helps burn calories and keep you fit.  Even if you do not have the time to go to the gym, you should walk up the stairs instead of taking the lift or walk instead of using the car if you have to go somewhere near.
