Also eat food that is high in fiber and protein as fiber does not make you feel hungry soon and also helps in reduction of intake of calories consumption. Consumption of proteins is necessary to make sure the energy level is maintained in body.
Drink a lot of water every day as this acts as a solvent for extra minerals and vitamins and helps flush out toxins from your body.
Do not sit idle as this makes you lazy and you tend to eat on unhealthy food.  Involve yourself in some activities.
