Effective weight loss tips



Everyone wants to look good today but looking good, being healthy and fit is more important than just the good looks.  To lose weight and keep healthy you need to burn more calories compared to what you take in. Your optimal weight is measured by your BMI which relates your height and weight measurements to the amount of fat in your body. Many people today are obese as they lead an unhealthy lifestyle and consume more saturated fat or processed foods which can cause more diseases.

You can lose weight but you need to maintain the weight loss too.   Hence to make your weight loss program work effectively have nutritious foods like fresh fruits, green veggies, whole grains as they contain high fiber and less calories which leads to faster weight loss.  Avoid deep fried foods and other highly saturated fatty foods as they cause extra flab and excess fats.  Make changes in your food like using low fat and sour cream instead of the full cream as this will give you greater control on maintaining your weight loss.  Drinking lots of water or low calorie beverages help to keep your weight steady as you get full with water instead of fats.  You should always chew your food as it takes longer to finish your meal and this would make you feel fuller than if you were to eat very fast.

Include an herbal slimming supplement which helps you to lose and maintain the weight loss and you would not have the temptation to binge on unhealthy foods.  The fewer choices you have in front of you, the less tempted you are to binge.
