In order to maintain a good health, a person should have an ideal body weight. Obesity can be divided into three categories, mild obesity   moderate obesity and morbid obesity which can lead to death in some cases.  Obesity is caused due to wrong eating habits like eating foods rich in fats and junk food, sedentary lifestyle.  Stress can also lead to obesity as the person undergoing depression indulges in excessive eating to get rid of it.   Intake of contraceptive pills, pregnancy and menopause can also make a woman obese.  

Everyone wants to have a slim and well toned body and people go to any extent to get rid of obesity.
